LightNestAI provides adaptive lighting hardware, software, and related support. The functionality described on our site reflects typical configurations but may vary by region and hardware model.
Users must be 18 or older and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring authorized access only.
Prices are shown in CAD and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors. Failure to complete payment may suspend services until resolved.
You agree to use our products responsibly, following safety and installation guides. Reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, or interference with network integrity is prohibited.
Specifications and visuals on the website reflect current models; minor differences may occur. Updates and replacements are communicated transparently to affected users.
All documentation, designs, and software remain property of LightNestAI. You receive a limited license for personal or internal business use, non-transferable and revocable upon misuse.
Hardware includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Firmware and software updates are provided periodically to maintain stability and compatibility.
Cancellation: Plans may be canceled anytime by emailing support@lightnestai.com. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: Prepaid unused months are refundable within 10–15 business days. Physical products follow the manufacturer’s return conditions, including restocking policies where applicable.
Device Returns: Devices must be returned clean, complete, and undamaged within the stated return window.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our Services. Liability is capped at the amount paid during the preceding three months.
LightNestAI systems assist in energy and comfort management but are not substitutes for professional electrical installation. Always consult a qualified technician for wiring or load issues.
